BizReply is developing a customer communication platform designed to help businesses manage customer enquiries, conversations, follow-ups, appointments, and related customer interactions.

BizReply is currently in development and certain features displayed or described on the website may represent planned, beta, experimental, or upcoming functionality.

Descriptions, demonstrations, interface previews, and illustrations on the website should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every displayed feature is currently available.

You may join the BizReply waitlist to express interest in receiving information about the availability of BizReply.

When joining the waitlist, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, business information, and other relevant details.

You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to provide.

We may require you to verify your email address before your waitlist registration is confirmed. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or customer account.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:

• Immediate access to BizReply
• Access on a particular date
• Acceptance into an early-access or beta programme
• Access to every feature shown on the website
• A particular subscription price
• A particular position in an early-access programme
• Continued availability of any planned feature

We may determine how and when early access is provided based on product readiness, capacity, testing requirements, business type, or other reasonable considerations.

BizReply is under active development.

Features, interfaces, integrations, pricing, subscription plans, usage limits, and other aspects of the product may change before or after launch.

We may add, modify, postpone, or discontinue planned functionality as the product develops.

Website demonstrations and product previews are intended to explain the direction and intended capabilities of BizReply and may differ from the final product.

Some waitlist participants may be invited to test an early or beta version of BizReply. Participation may be subject to additional terms provided before access is granted.

Beta or early-access software may:

• Contain bugs or errors
• Be incomplete
• Experience interruptions
• Change without notice
• Have temporary usage restrictions
• Include features that are later modified or removed

You should not rely on beta functionality for critical business operations unless we expressly state otherwise.

When you join the waitlist, we may send communications necessary to:

• Verify your email address
• Confirm your waitlist registration
• Provide important waitlist information
• Invite you to early access or beta testing
• Inform you when BizReply becomes available

Promotional communications may be subject to additional consent where required. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.

Your use of the website and waitlist may involve the collection and processing of personal information.

Our handling of personal information is described in the BizReply Privacy Policy.

By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

You must not use the BizReply website or waitlist to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Abuse waitlist, verification, or email functionality
• Automatically submit excessive requests or registrations
• Scrape or extract website information in a manner that materially interferes with the service
• Use the website for unlawful purposes

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the website or waitlist is being abused.

Unless otherwise stated, the BizReply name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, product interfaces, demonstrations, and other original materials made available through the website are owned by or licensed to BizReply.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of BizReply intellectual property to you. You may access and use the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit substantial portions of our proprietary website materials without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

You may voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, ideas, or other feedback concerning BizReply.

You permit us to use that feedback to evaluate, develop, and improve BizReply without an obligation to compensate you for doing so.

This does not give BizReply ownership of your personal information, confidential business information, or other material that you have not provided as product feedback.

The BizReply website may rely on or link to third-party services, including infrastructure, communications, analytics, or other technology providers.

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. BizReply is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not operate.

We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, infrastructure problems, security measures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We aim to keep information about BizReply accurate and current. However, because the product is under development, information concerning upcoming features, availability, pricing, timelines, and integrations may change.

Nothing on the website constitutes a guarantee that a proposed feature, integration, price, or launch date will become available exactly as described.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BizReply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the pre-launch website or waitlist.

This includes business decisions made solely in reliance on proposed features, estimated launch dates, or other pre-release information displayed on the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

You may ask to be removed from the BizReply waitlist by contacting us.

We may also remove waitlist registrations that are fraudulent, abusive, invalid, duplicated, or otherwise violate these Terms.

Removal from the waitlist does not necessarily require immediate deletion of information that we are legally required or permitted to retain. Personal-data requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

These Terms govern the BizReply website and pre-launch waitlist. They are not the final subscription agreement governing use of the BizReply software platform.

When BizReply becomes commercially available, use of the platform may be governed by separate or additional terms covering matters such as:

• Subscriptions and billing
• Cancellation and renewal
• Account responsibilities
• WhatsApp and third-party integrations
• Customer-data processing
• Service limitations
• Acceptable use
• Data retention
• Business accounts and team members
• Other platform-specific requirements

Where applicable, you will be given an opportunity to review those terms before using the relevant service.

We may update these Terms as BizReply develops or where necessary to reflect changes to the website, waitlist, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. Material changes may be communicated through the website or other appropriate means.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without prejudice to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
