BizReply keeps its use of these technologies limited. Some are used to make the website work as expected, while analytics is only enabled when you choose to allow it.

We use essential browser storage to remember your cookie and analytics preference. This prevents us from asking you the same question on every page visit.

The preference is stored locally in your browser under the key bizreply_cookie_consent. It records whether you allowed or declined analytics.

This preference storage is not used to build an advertising profile or track you across unrelated websites.

If you choose to allow analytics, BizReply uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and how the waitlist experience performs.

Analytics may help us understand information such as:

• Pages viewed and general navigation activity
• Browser and device information
• Approximate location information derived from network data
• Referral information showing how visitors reached the site
• Waitlist interaction events

BizReply currently records waitlist-related analytics events such as when a visitor starts the waitlist form, successfully submits it, or confirms their waitlist registration.

Google Analytics is not loaded by BizReply until you select Allow analytics.

When Google Analytics is enabled, it may set analytics cookies such as _ga and cookies beginning with _ga_. These cookies are commonly used to distinguish visits and maintain analytics session or property information.

The exact cookies and retention periods may change as Google updates its services. They are not enabled through BizReply unless you have allowed analytics.

We use analytics to help us:

• Understand whether visitors can find important information
• Measure how people interact with the BizReply waitlist
• Identify website usability problems
• Improve website content and product messaging
• Understand which pages and features are most useful

We do not enable Google Analytics for the purpose of selling your personal information.

When you first visit the website, you can choose either to allow or decline analytics. Declining analytics will not prevent you from browsing the website or joining the waitlist.

You can change your preference later by using the Cookie settings option in the website footer.

If you withdraw analytics consent, BizReply disables further Google Analytics tracking from the site and attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies accessible to the website.

Our hosting, content-delivery, security or infrastructure providers may use technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver the website, protect it from abuse, manage network traffic or maintain security.

These operational technologies are separate from the optional analytics choice described above where they are necessary for the website or its infrastructure to function securely.

If analytics is enabled, information collected through Google Analytics is processed by Google in accordance with its own service terms and privacy practices. This processing may involve systems located outside Ghana.

We may update this policy if we change the analytics tools, cookies, browser storage or other technologies used by the BizReply website.

When we make changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
